Production Form

This form is the first step of creating a production relationship with Video Integrations. In the "Information Box" below, please be as specific as possible.  You can also send us a full outline of your production by either cutting and pasting from your Word or text document into the information box below, or by browsing for the document through the button below and then uploading it to us through the "Submit Query" button at the bottom of this page. If you want only consulting on topics below, check those topics and explain that you only want a consultation within the "Outline" below. Our consulting fees vary depending on the kind of job, but are generally $125.00/hour for corporate entities and $85.00/hour for independents.
