This is what the Control Panel - Account Manager from a "Gold" account looks like. Each icon goes to it's individual set of controls and configuration settings. The "Easy Apps" icon allows you to install many applications that add extensibility to your site or can even be the whole complete site which would generally be the case with a Content Management System and some shopping carts.
