The best source of information for this great on-line web-based email client is right from within it. While learning we find it's always best to do each step along with the directions, so it's recommended to first go to your control panel, then click on the "Web Mail or e-mail" icon (as shown below). e-mail allows you to setup your different email accounts including user names, passwords, forwarding, alias', lists, etc., as well as being able to launch the "Web Mail" client. Please click and hold your mouse button down on the launch link; you'll get a menu that pops up and you should select "open page in new window" or "new window with this link". Now you have two browser windows open which will allow you to work in Web Mail while switching between them to read the directions about Web Mail.
